Payments must be made at time of purchase. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover are accepted.
Most of our items are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notice once your item has shipped and is on the way. Please note that around holidays or sales, our shipping schedule may differ.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items returns are not accepted. If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return at email@example.com.
No refunds for damaged or defective products. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
