Payment

Payments must be made at time of purchase. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover are accepted.

Shipping

Most of our items are shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notice once your item has shipped and is on the way. Please note that around holidays or sales, our shipping schedule may differ.

Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at stingbeauty@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items returns are not accepted. If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return at stingbeauty@yahoo.com.

No refunds for damaged or defective products. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Privacy Statement

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We will NEVER ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
